The Victorian

Built in 1890 and fully renovated in 2022, The Victorian is an inviting, spacious, elegant, character-filled backdrop for your family reunion, long weekend with friends, holiday party, or other special occasion. Rooms can be booked individually, or you can rent the entire house, which has been specifically designed for entertaining.

Room 1

Conveniently located on the first floor, and accessed through a classic library with fireplace, this spacious flex room has two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed.

Room 2

Informally known as “the yellow room,” this cozy room is bright and welcoming. It’s the smallest room in the house but the yellow wallpaper and draperies make it a sunny spot, even on a grey day.

The Wedding Suite

The most luxurious room in The Victorian, this room is befitting its namesakes, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. A large, bright space with a bow window and high ceilings, this room has its own private deck that’s large enough to fit the entire royal family. Step outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and relax in a comfortable seating area. The soft hush of a wall fountain furthers the soothing ambiance.

Available as a full-house rental for up to 12, The Victorian is how we’d all love to design our homes if the only thing we used them for was entertaining. It’s the answer to that gathering you’d love to host “if only” your house had more space, or more bedrooms, or didn’t have a home office in the dining room… The Victorian has been thoughtfully designed to be the perfect backdrop for special weekends and events.


A full-house rental includes all 5 guestrooms, an inviting living room with large wall-mounted TV, a parlor, a library, a formal dining room that comfortably seats 12, and a large chef’s kitchen with 6-burner gas range, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, and large walk-in pantry.
